Competition i need help! tips advice how to look good please help me!?

i have been entered for this competition at the end of august 24th i want to get into shape and look stunning im not a glamour model or anything so im not really sure how to pull it off and i want to pull it off so badly! please any tips advice. details anything uve got to help me i would be VERY grateful for!!Competition i need help! tips advice how to look good please help me!?

just start eating healthy if you aren't already,drinking your 6 cups of water daily,5 fruits and vegetables daily,exercising,and that should do it.goodluck in the competition =]
best way to win is to hire a ringer who when no one is looking, can step in and take your place.
Ask your boy friend to do massage and gentle sex. Sex should be once in a while.
STOP eating meat!!! drink warm water with a slice of lemonin it everyday 3 times a day, do at least 30 mins of running a day (at least) you should start to look better in 1 week, the first 2 are forms of detox and the running keeps you in good shape! good luck...

do something like yoga or pilates, it works for all these celebrities....


drink lots of water to hydrate your skin and body, if your going to get your hair cut dont do it day before as you will have that just cut look....


treat yourself to some new clothes, even if its new underwear as this will improve your self esteem and make you walk taller and more confidently...... buy clothes that show off your best asset -if you have long legs flaunt them in a skirt and heels etc..





and cut out fatty and sugary foods and dont forgot to moisturise!

Try using a firming lotion on your arms and neck. Use a shimmer around your eyes and upper cheekbones. Use a white eyeshadow in the creases of your eyes. (where your eyes meet your nose) Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep.
well if it's your body, i recomend doing some yoga and/or pilates!! those two programs work wonders!





up your protien intake and lower the carbs/sugars.
