If your friend wants to firm her muscles she could lift a few weights, do sit ups, or different kinds of step ups on her stairs. go outside alot and go for a jog or a bike ride. and when you get home stretch and do some crunches. psh ups will work to. its all about determination. you have to be willing to reach your goal. as a cheerleader i have to stay in good shape and the basics REALLY work

well eating protein and also light weights down the gym or jogging with but down the gym do many reps and also do lots of things like crunchies and sit ups and push ups
