First pro orchestra gig tonight - any tips/advice?

I'm a freshman bassoonist at a music conservatory, and I just got my first legitimate gig to sub for a regional orchestra. I'm good and I've practiced my part, but I'm still a little nervous. I've played in orchestra a million times, but never in a professional setting with all professionals. Any advice and/or tips for me?First pro orchestra gig tonight - any tips/advice?
Listen and learn!

Don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself. Subbing and/or filling in for additional parts in a pro orchestra is GREAT experience while you're in school. However, many rookies walk into the orchestra feeling a defensive need to flaunt their stuff and show off. Never mind all that. You landed the gig, so relax! No need to worry about your quality of performance.

Use this as a time to learn. You'll probably find that the pro players will be happy to help you have a good performance and a fun time.

Instead of worrying about if someone else is critiquing your warm-up routines, why don't YOU listen to others? Pick up some new tricks. Ask them if they have any secrets for trimming up or resurfacing old reeds. Etc.

Forget about the performance nerves. I've played with a group in Carnegie and it was still easy and normal performance routines. So, ditch those silly nervous thoughts. You've practiced, you're good, you'll be fine. The real mistake would be letting the chance of absorbing some new tips and lessons from the veterans slip by.

Good luck, and enjoy!First pro orchestra gig tonight - any tips/advice?
I may have answered this question a little too late, but don't try to earn respect or anything. You have already made it there. You have already earned their respect. In other words, go in and do your job. Don't try to show off or anything.

And be a sponge. Listen to everything that everyone has to say, no matter how absurd it may sound. You will find yourself learning a ton, and you will also find that most of the musicians will freely hand out any advice you might seek. Never forget that most of them were once in your shoes too.

And, umm, try not to have any unplanned solos....hahaha.
