So long as she takes her prenatal vitamins and eats healthy she will be fine. It is just as hard on the husbands during the first trimester as it is the wives. She will be going through so many physical and emotional changes that sometimes you will wonder if she is still the same woman you married. But fear not. Just make sure that you are there for her and are supportive of her no matter what and you two will be just fine. Pregnancy can be a wonderful time that you will always treasure or a horrible time that you hope and pray will never happen again. It all depends on how you perceive it. You sound like a loving husband and she is a very lucky woman. No matter how tough things get just remember this is hers and your chance to assist God in a miracle. Congratulations, and good luck!!!!What are the best health tips and advice for pregnant women in the first month of pregnancy and beyond.?
diet care is most imp in first trimester it should be rich in proteins iorn and vitamins. give her lot of vegitables and fruits to eat. She can do routine household activities but dont have active exercise. Most imp keep in touch with ur doctor regularly and get all ur investigation done. Be sure that she is not anaemic ( most commen %26amp; serious medical problem during pregnancy).
If she get any per vaginal discharge ( whittish/ blood stained) report immidiatly to doctor. Bloody discharge in 1st trimisterster is a sign of beginning of spontanious abortion which can be stoped if treated immediatly. White discharge with or without itching is a sign of infection. Give her complet bed rest in 2nd %26amp; 3rd trimister. You can have sexual intercourse with ur wife occaisionally in first 3mthssometimes but try to avoit it from 5th mth, but never in last 3mth of pregnancy.Take care that she does not became ill during her pregnancy.
Take your pre-natal vitamins and exercise.
Do not Vacuum cause of the side to side moving of the belly. I know every woman is different but just as a caution. Take iron pills if you are low in iron. Congratulations...
