I played basketball today and walked like 3 miles , and when i came home my legs were killing me. Nothings wrong with my legs but i just want the ache to go away for walking too much. What are some ways to heal the ache on my legs?.. because tomorrow i got another basketball game and i want to stay in shapeTips and Advice on how to let leg pain go away before tomorrow?
Drink lots of water, which will hydrate you , eat some bananas , which have potassium that helps with not getting cramps and take some motrin. Motrin helps with the pain and swelling. Keep up the good work on staying in shape.
