Tips and advice ae needed to help me become a good defensive end?

im new to this position and i new help at how to become a good d-end for this upcoming season. Diets can help me also give me everything you have to offerTips and advice ae needed to help me become a good defensive end?
try resistance running like with parachutes or ankle weights and get a lot of leg and upper body strength. upper body strength is a must have when play DE. also try to work on stance stability the QB might try to run out the clock and you could be in your stance for a while and you dont want to jump because of tiredness.Tips and advice ae needed to help me become a good defensive end?
you have to be real fast and light on your feet so practice cone drills to work on your feet also quick on your hands so you dont get tangled up strength also is a big factor so lift weights and also run because that spot gets you real tired...





for the diets take protien of coarse and eat meat has good protein in good amounts. Take creatine or kre alklyn i prefer kre alklyn not sure if spelling it right that will help you get big and just do healthy stuff
Wow nobody here knows what they are talking about, they are just giving u some b.s. Some of it is right but the most important is to work on your HANDS. Hand movement is very important. How to shed blockers, and how to use diffrent hand techniques.
Be big and muscular and strong; practice your down stance; learn how to hit effectively; work on quickness drilles (speed drilles is an option); work on alertness drills as well; have a keen sense of awareness for not making defensive mistakes.
try running with parachutes, get on a diet, lift weights and you should be good to go, i was a d end but i moved to nose because im 6'2'; 240 lbs =)
Eat eight ounces of cold water fish at all three meals for six months.
work out alot,get good rest,eat good,run alot,and just have fun =]
