Need tips/advice : I want to start training at home with weights on biceps?

Do i need to make a routine, and any advice would be good.Need tips/advice : I want to start training at home with weights on biceps?
Simple barbel curls will work, or even a curl with a pilates band can be really effective.





Don't just train biceps or you will be out of balance and perhaps damage your joints.





Also you will make better progress if you train your whole body.





Try exercises that you can just manage 3 sets of 10 repetitions with a minute of rest between sets.





Train 3 times a week.





Don't overdo it, and keep a good balanced posture.
