My sister and I are planning on moving out this summer. (We live in British Columbia)
Any general tips/advice? Also, what is a good area to move to? (we were thinking vancouver, burnaby, or coquitlam) Something near a sky train station.
Also, how should we go about finding an apartment/condo? What sort of stuff could we be forgetting about (ie. apartment insurance, etc.)

Make sure you have a very stable job and enough income to support you and your sister. I suggest moving some where safe and close by home.
Take some time now and look on the internet for apartments in the areas you are interested in and look at the utility cost such as electricity, water, garbage, health, food and etc.
