Not very much information.....repairing or pimping it out? If the structure of the headliner is still decent and the fabric is falling down.....then you can glue it back up with 3M spray adhesive avail at home depot or similar....remove loose ';dust'; or dried out existing foam and/or glue that has failed. mask/paper everything that you do not want glue on. Spray both surfaces lightly to availd bleed through and follow instructions on bottle to tack fabric back into place...Cheers
