Subscribe to a runner's magazine or got to a website for runners. Also, keep a log of your run times and routines. Don't forget to vary your routines, even if that means slowing down your pace from time to time. You can do indian runs, which is jogging a short distance, than sprinting, back and forth. Just divide time.Suppose you have one 30 minutes for exercise,then run for 15 minutes.Do some light exercise for 15 minutes.Never switch to tough exercises at once or you will ruin your health
